I have been a photographer for over two decades concentrating on different genres along the way, from portraiture and weddings through to wildlife and gardens. I have evolved in style and motivation to a point where I have a trident of interests. One branch is landscapes and nature - whether it be wilderness, rural, city or sea with a particular affinity for trees. The second is event and corporate photography - drawing on over 20 years’ experience for both Tempest and freelance. The third is horse and dog portraiture - a natural evolution of experience and requests.
I also tend to pick a subject each year for special consideration. Recent projects have included hares, classic landscapes, trees and local scenes (that’ll be lockdown years). This year I aim to shoot a new coastal scene each month.
If you would like to get in touch about any of my images or about a commission (based on £50 per hour and starting at just £150) please do. I look forward to hearing from you.
I would like to thank my good friend and mentor, Ian Smithers, for this image of me.
